About the Opportunity
As a two year INC 500/5000 success, this 7 year old company has maintained a blistering growth rate every year since inception. The right candidate will write and edit user documentation in support of the company’s products. Position will translate complex concepts into user-friendly, clear and concise information for the end user by analyzing information, support requirements and working with technical and marketing staff to achieve communication and operational objectives. One Call Now offers a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance. The staff is close-knit and supportive. You'll be working with a visible and accessible management team. This position is based in our Willoughby Hills, Ohio office. Would consider Part-Time employment initially with eventual Full-Time status.
Qualifications:
· Experience writing and editing for a consumer-oriented web site
· Must be familiar with web usability
· Expected to help define web site interface and aid in release testing to understand functionality to be documented.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, employees and customers.
· HTML/CSS and Graphic design experience is a plus
· Experience or extensive training in writing marketing materials
· Able to work successfully in a team environment
